Commanding the Pit

Our pitmasters are first responders who apply tactical timing to 14-hour pecanwood smokes. We don't cut corners, we don't use gas, and we manage every event with absolute operational safety.

From corporate feeds to community rallies, our crew handles high-volume service with the same coordination we bring to the station. We arrive early, set up clean, and deliver hot.

Yavapai County Operations

Based in Prescott, our mobile rigs deploy across the region to feed large crowds. We bring heavy-duty wood-fired barbecue directly to your venue with complete self-sufficiency.

Rig-Ready Deployment

We operate fully self-contained mobile kitchens. No kitchen hookups or power outlets required at your venue—we supply our own power, water, and wood-fired heat.

Active service zones include Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and surrounding regional event venues.
